Great event. I wasn't around for much of the finale day, but thanks to the nifty hat NPC, and the offset timing between LA and Kamadan, I now have all 4 hats for all characters!

I want to add my thanks for a great event!

I tried everything at least a few times and liked the variety of the quests and arena events.

With the new Hat Maker npc I was able to enjoy much more of the Grand Finale without the need to get a hat or two for all my ten characters. I easily got the four new hats and can have them for every one of the *guys*.

I have to say I think the jester hat is my favorite of all the eleven different hats that have been given out.

gg and I look foward to the next event

This event was fun and I enjoy doing the mini game to help either side to win. Also running around getting presents was fun. Althought in Kamada, some of the presents got spawned on the ledge and no one could reach it. Also on Grenth side, it funny how peoples keep dying left and right and peoples screaming out "RES ME" so they can get their presents. I can't wait till next years Wintersday event.

It was loads of fun. Made most of the events, even if I had to AFK some of them.

What surprised me was the number of people on my friends list who had not been on in months showed up for this and are now getting back into Guild Wars!

I was very pleased with this year's Wintersday Celebration. The games were pretty fun, though I couldn't stay in the snowball arena long because I was unfortunate enough to be bad at it myself and be paired up with lots of folks who never wanted to listen to anything ( :P ).

The presents idea was great; it's pretty neat that they limited the number of peppermint and rainbow candy canes this year. Should prove to be interesting price wars when the darned things run out - though, a year after the previous Wintersday celebration there were still stacks upon stacks floating around.

All in all, I really loved it, though my computer did not - it cried and cried when everything started blowing up and dying/spawning after I got my Grenth hat in Kamadan :P.

Definitely looking forward to next year!

I enjoyed the festivites, and appreciate the effort Anet goes too, but the one who REALLY enjoyed the event was my nephew, the finale in particular.
No kidding 10 minutes before midnight he/we were waiting in LA for it to begin, I swear he was levitiating from sheer excitement. Together we had a GREAT time New Years, and I will cherish the memory forever. GG Anet, thx alot.

Had an awsome time during the event , like to say Thanks!! to the dev team for the event. Had loads of fun, loved the quest. Favorite was the Grenth quest in Kamadan where u trick people into opening fake presents. Laughed my ass off on the one where she gets stuck in the present

Cant w8 till next year and future events
Thanks again Anet!!!

Adding my thanks as well. Had a great time rescuing presents from the Grentches and made some new friends in Lion's Arch District 12 doing so.

Thanks again ANET!

YOU DID A GREAT JOB ANET

I loved every minute of wintersday.

Killed tons of dwayna's snowmen

got so many presents and tonics had to give some away in shing jea just to get them out of inv.

Loved the peppermint weapons

traded shards for presents - over 100 gifts, WOW!!!!

Made enough money to get max armor for all my toons (not 15k but max stats + insignias, runes and dye)

And was even able to buy a fiery dragon sword for my warrior (he's been writing letters to Satan for one all year - yeah he's a bad speller) and two new sets of green daggers for my sin's collection

Got real drunk on egg nog and woke up under someone's snowman

Got sick on fruitcake

And had a total blast

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

THANK YOU!
